Bernabéu Tour ticket prices

Real Madrid sells four individual tour tickets on its Tour Bernabéu page. All prices are shown as "from" prices for the general public (checked 30 October 2026):

Ticket Online Ticket office What it adds
Classic €37 €40 Museum, panoramic view, changing rooms, dugouts
Classic Flexible Time €44 €47 Any entry time on your chosen date
Classic + RM Games €59 €62 Access to the RM Games area
Guided €56 €59 A guide for the route

Every ticket includes the trophy museum, the panoramic view from inside the stadium, the changing rooms and the dugouts. A visit to the temporary press room depends on availability. Club members with a Madridista Platinum or Premium membership pay less, from €29 online for the Classic tour; the club lists Premium membership at €35 a year.

Buying online saves €3 per ticket on every option. The tourism board's Bernabéu page confirms the €3 box-office surcharge and gives the ticket office address as Paseo de la Castellana 140. Online ticket holders skip the ticket office, show the ticket printed or on their phone, and go straight to the tour entrance at Gate 84 on Avenida de Concha Espina.

Opening hours and match-day changes

The tour is open every day except 25 December and 1 January. On days without a match it runs Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00, and on Sundays and public holidays from 09:30 to 18:30, according to the Classic tour page.

Match days change the visit in two ways:

  • Earlier finish: the tour is available until 5 hours and 30 minutes before kick-off.
  • Shorter route: on match days and the day before, the changing rooms and benches are closed. The museum and panoramic view stay open.

The club adds that match dates are usually confirmed only 2 to 3 weeks in advance, so a booking made further ahead can later fall on a match day.

Upcoming dates with changes

The tour page listed these changes on 30 October 2026:

Date Change
5 and 6 November Changing rooms and benches closed
9 and 10 November Changing rooms and benches closed
21 November Hours 09:00–15:30
24 November Hours 09:00–15:30
19 January Hours 09:00–15:30

The 24 November cut-off matches the rule: Madrid's tourism board lists Real Madrid against PSV Eindhoven at the Bernabéu that day at 21:00, and 5½ hours earlier is 15:30.

The stadium also hosts the NFL Madrid game on 8 November 2026, kick-off 15:30. The club's notice did not list 8 November when we read it. If the 5½-hour rule applies, tours would end at about 10:00 that day; this is our calculation, not a published time, so avoid booking 7 or 8 November until the club confirms.

Getting to the stadium

The stadium is at Avenida de Concha Espina 1. The tourism board lists these connections:

  • Metro: Santiago Bernabéu station, line 10.
  • Bus: 14, 27, 40, 43, 120, 126, 147 and 150.
  • Cercanías: Nuevos Ministerios.

A Metro ride from the centre works with the Multi card or a tourist pass; our Madrid metro tickets guide compares them. If you are weighing the Madrid City Card, our City Card guide checks what it gives at the Bernabéu.

If you are in Madrid over Christmas, remember the tour is closed on 25 December and 1 January; our Madrid at Christmas guide covers other holiday closures. For a second big booking in the same trip, see the Prado Museum tickets guide.
